In 1923, JJ Schuh produced their largest set of footy cards, known as the Portraits set. 104 cards made up the set, which included real photographs with half length shots of the players. 96 were numbered with 8 unnumbered. The set features the now-iconic rookie cards of two of Collingwood’s early greats, brothers Syd and Gordon Coventry.
