Collection: 108 cards
Scarcity rating: 8
Hoadleys Chocolates were very popular in the 1930s and their football card release in 1932 has become just as sweet! It is one of the rarest sets of the decade and with 108 unnumbered cards, is very hard to complete! A white front features a portrait shot of each player with a yellow plaque sitting underneath with their name and team. Although over the years, most of these show quite considerable discolouration. The backs promote one of Hoadley’s signature products at the time, Violet Nutty Bars. This set includes a Bob Pratt rookie card and Haydn Bunton rookie card, two of the all time Aussie Rules greats.
