Wills (Large) 1933

1933 Wills (Large)

Collection: 200 cards
Scarcity rating: 4

Wills was a major player in the cricket card game but in 1933 also issued 2 football card series. Both were near identical, but the cards in this set were larger. 200 cards comprised the set of both current and previous VFL and VFA players. This larger version is more scarce than the smaller release, with both sets proving very popular and iconic. Doug Nicholls rookie card is a feature of the set, with Gordon Coventry, Haydn Bunton and Jack Titus some of the prominent names in the release.
