Allen’s came back in 1939 with a new footy card release, this one promoting their ‘Irish Moss Gum Jubes’. The unnumbered 48 card set featured full length action shots of players across all 12 teams. It included only the second card of legend Dick Reynolds, as well as other big named players. Little did we know, that a war was right around the corner and this would be the last footy card release for 9 years!
