After a year off from VFL collector cards, Scanlens came back in 1984 with a rather bland release. A white trim and the teams colours in the bottom right corner, the set was made up of 132 cards, comprising the 12 teams in the league. Again, a jigsaw made up the back of the player cards. Each team had their own checklist with club emblem on the back. Notable for including the first release card of Richmond great Maurice Rioli, along with loud talking media man Brian Taylor, the set has moderate popularity.
