The 1991 Stimorol release was its final one, comprising 168 cards with a red border and rounded edges. It was the first time Adelaide Crows made an appearance on footy cards, as well as the rookie card of superstar Wayne Carey. The cards also have the AFL logo for the first time, after the league changed the previous year to reflect their new national focus. Packaging issues meant that many packs contained 2 or 3 cards of the same player and Carlton dreamboat Tom Alvin had a Bulldogs logo on his card instead of the Blues. This was reissued correctly but less of these ones exist.
