1909-10 Sniders & Abrahams (Series E)
1909-10 Sniders & Abrahams (Standard Cigarettes) VFL – Oval
Collection: 60 cards
Scarcity rating: 6
The 1909-10 Sniders and Abrahams set is Series E of the Standard Cigarettes football cards, and it’s usually called the “Oval” series after its design. Each card has a head-and-shoulders portrait of a leading VFL player set inside an oval frame on a fawn background, a distinctive look that sets it apart from the earlier issues. The backs were very similar to the previous years’ release. The 60 cards cover nine VFL clubs.
